Tajama Creations does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a product is received and is faulty or not as described, Tajama Creations will then provide a store Credit for the purchase price once the items has been received and inspected to determine the cause of fault.

Items must be unused and returned in original condition 5 days of receipt of purchase as per your Australia Post tracking information. Tajama Creations reserves the right to refuse all refunds if they do not meet the requirements.

Tajama Creations provides Care instructions with all items purchased and will not accept faulty items where Care instructions have not been followed.

We recommend you return the items in a registered Post Satchel and lodge it at the Post Office to ensure Tracking is updated. If Tajama Creations deems the product to be faulty, a refund of the shipping costs will also be refunded to the customer.

Tajama Creations makes every effore to ensure all items are of high Standard and quality. However, we are human and occasionally there may be slight imperfections. We are happy to work with you to correct any issues that may arise.

If there is an issue with a purchase and you pay Via Afterpay, and a refund is deemed appropriate, then refund will ONLY occur through Afterpay. Tajama Creations will process through Afterpay and the customer will receive the refund back through Afterpay, Tajama Creations will not refund Cash Card or Paypal funds for a Afterpay Purchase.  


 How long will it take to receive my order – Shipping occurs twice Weekly – Tues & Friday – Custom orders Standard Manufacture time of 2 to 3 weeks. If  this period is extended for any given reason,  will contact you  at time of purchase.

All items are shipped Via Australia Post Standard Post and tracking will be provided at time of dispatch. Please be aware, as Tajama Creations is located in Darwin, Northern Territory, at times (during the wet season  -Dec- April) there may be delays in Australia Post dispatching services to our area due to seasonal issues. This is beyond control of Tajama Creations and we ask you to please be considerate of these issues if they do arise. Tajama Creations is not responsible for any delays due to Australia Post as it is out of our hands.

All items will be sent with tracked postage , and in the event of an unrecieved package an investigation will be instigated with Australia Post.
